Who is Trinette?

Trinette is an award-winning actress, screenwriter, filmmaker, and novelist. Her short film Party Pants - which she also wrote, produced, and co-directed - has received numerous awards on the international film festival circuit.

Trinette is developing numerous projects through her production company, Floor 51 Productions, namely her Paris and New York-based tv series, Collette’s Caleb (adapted from her novel of the same name), with LA-based producer Caleb Duffy. She is also developing her feature, Shotgun, a Paris and Montpellier-based romantic comedy. Trinette will star in both projects.

Prior, Trinette worked at Google for 6.5 years as an executive business partner, events manager, and writer (across multiple teams), and was published on the Google Cloud blog. She lost her job in November 2024 and instead of panic applying everywhere, she took a breath and dove head first into her creativity, and eleven months later, turned a devastating job loss into an award-winning film career.

How Trinette achieved all this in a year is a masterclass in hustling, networking, tenacity, faith, and betting on yourself.
